What changes day one

Wins Your Team Feels the First Week.

Speed

Sub-Two-Minute Checkout

Ring up, tip, and rebook in under two minutes — payments are built in, so there's no separate terminal and no line at the desk.

Retention

Optimized Rebooking

Amplify rebooks clients at the right interval automatically — chairs stay full without your team chasing anyone down.

Your brand

Branded Online Booking

Clients book through Amplify in a flow branded as you — it looks like your own website, not a jarring third-party page where people hesitate to enter their details. Never a marketplace that resells your clients.

Your data

Your Customers, Your Data — Walled Off From the Competition.

In this business, your client list is the business. Amplify is a processor, not an owner — we never market to your clients, and we never sell your data.

  • No one is "just browsing". Access is done by a named person, for a named reason, and we have the audit chain to prove it.
  • Named exclusions, enforced in the system — with no access by design.
  • Yours to export, always — a clean export if you leave, and your client list is never held hostage.

One brand. Every location.

Brand Standards That Reach Every Door.

Set a service and a price once, publish it to every location of your brand and you're done. Consistency across the brand — autonomy where a location needs it.

  • Publish once, live at every door in seconds
  • Schedule price & menu changes for the future
  • One customer record that follows the client to every location

Run the floor

Reservations and Walk-Ins, In One Flow.

The way a salon or barbershop actually operates — booking and a native walk-in queue on one screen, so no chair sits double-booked and no same-day call slips. And Wait & Serve — the high-volume check-in model the largest walk-in brands run on — is in build.

  • Booking + walk-in queue, one screen
  • Sub-two-minute checkout, payments built in
  • Scheduling, payroll, and tips — handled

Built for the whole shop

Everyone Who Runs the Business — More Efficient, More Profitable.

We built it from the workflows of everyone who actually uses it — so each role gets faster, and the whole brand gets more profitable.

Owners & Franchisors

Every door in one view, brand standards enforced to the register, and the numbers — payments, cash, and QuickBooks — reconciled automatically. Automated royalty rollups coming soon.

Franchisees

One system to run the floor, staff, and payments — the operational backbone a new location needs from day one.

Managers & Front Desk

Live queues, chair utilization, and scheduling that flexes to the Saturday rush — with the front desk running the whole floor from one screen.

Staff & Stylists

Fast check-in and checkout, transparent tips and commissions, and a rebooked chair — less admin, more cutting.

Our story

We Built Amplify Because We Couldn't Buy It.

For fifteen years, the operators behind Amplify ran their shops on four different platforms — tools built for beauty schools, registers made for a single till, legacy software that never spent a day on a barbershop floor. Every one made the same trade: it worked for a shop, and it broke for a brand.

"This industry's software was built by developers who never spent a day in the shops. We built it the other way — proven in the barbershops and salons our investors and partners run, every day."
— our co-founder · fifteen years running multi-unit grooming brands
Operator-built

Shipped by People Who Run the Floor.

The category is consolidating fast — the tools operators rely on keep getting acquired and folded into someone else's roadmap. Amplify is built and run by operators, so we ship what a real floor needs, with no committee between insight and release.

When Your Platform Gets Acquired…

  • You inherit a new owner's roadmap — not yours
  • Support that's several acquisitions deep
  • Migrations and changes you didn't ask for
  • Price increases you can't opt out of

Integrated payments

Payments, Built In — at a Rate You Can See.

Card processing is part of the platform, not a third-party bolt-on you wire in yourself. One published rate, the same at every location — no mystery markup, no separate processor to manage, and one place your money and your bookings reconcile.

Optional modules

Add the Horsepower When You Want It. Rolling out

The platform runs the shop on its own. These AI agents are rolling out on top of it — add the ones you want as they land, each at a price you can read up front. Ask us what's ready for your brand.

Voice AI Receptionist

Answers every call around the clock, books and reschedules, and never puts a client on hold.

Growth: More Clients, More Staff Coming soon

Two modules built on what only your own system knows: which clients are genuinely new, and who just joined the team.

Marketing

Google Ads Management

Runs your Google Ads location by location and measures what matters: the cost of each genuinely new client, tracked from the ad click to the first visit. Budget changes wait for your approval.

Hiring

Hiring & Careers

Post a job in a minute, collect applicants on your own careers page, and tap Hired to turn an applicant into a staff profile in Amplify. Franchisors set the templates; each location runs its own hiring.

Fit

We're Not for Everyone — and We're Fine With That.

A Perfect Fit If…

  • You run — or are building — a salon, barbershop, or grooming brand across 2 to 20+ locations
  • Walk-ins and same-day calls are a real part of your day
  • You want one command center, not five per-store logins
  • You want to own your customers and your data

Probably Not, If…

  • You're a single chair or booth renter
  • You're a full-service day spa needing deep spa/medspa modules
  • You want a marketplace to bring you customers and don't mind the fee
  • You're happy renegotiating your platform every time you grow
FAQ

Amplify FAQ: Questions From Operators

Some of Amplify's investors run shops in my industry. Can they see my data?
No — and it's worth understanding why. Amplify is a software platform; it doesn't compete with anyone. Some of the operators who built it and run on it are in the same industry — that's exactly what makes it built the way a real shop needs. But they're customers on the platform, no different from you: they have no more access to another business's data than the thousands of shops already sharing any other major platform in this category have to each other's. One business can never see another's. And Amplify goes further: anyone with a competing interest is excluded from behind-the-scenes access, every access is logged, and you can audit it yourself.
How hard is it to switch from what I run now?
Not hard, because Amplify does the heavy lifting. Migration is on us: we bring your history over, we run the switch for you, and training runs about two hours. We've migrated barbershops and salons off this exact legacy software, so we know exactly where the bodies are buried. You get a guided move from people who have done it before, not a login and a to-do list.
Do you handle walk-ins, or just appointments?
Both. Amplify handles reservations and a native walk-in queue in one flow, on one screen, today. Your front desk sees booked clients and walk-ins together, without a second system or a paper list on the side. We're also building Wait & Serve, the high-volume check-in model the largest walk-in franchises run on, for brands where walk-ins drive most of the day.
I'm a franchisor with locations across the country. Can I run all of them from one place?
Yes. Running every location from one place is the core of Amplify. One console covers your whole brand: see and run every location as if you were standing in it, push catalog and pricing brand-wide, and see every location's KPIs in real time. One customer record follows the client to every door, so a guest who visits two of your locations is the same client in both.
What does it cost?
Amplify is $350 per location per month for the platform, with no setup fees, no per-user seats, no per-client fees, and no marketplace commission of any kind. The price doesn't climb as you add locations. On top of that, you only pay for what you use: texting at $0.03 a message, plus optional modules like Voice AI, which are rolling out and can be added whenever you want them.
